2017 NTCA Membership

  • $125 — New Membership and Renewals
  • $100 — Membership for Current WorldAtWork Members
  • $275 — Premier Membership. This membership includes annual dues and 6 luncheons for the year. Membership is not transferable, but luncheon reservations can be transferred.
  • $100 — College Alliance Professor / Student. This membership is available to college professors who are active members of NTCA. Professors will be able to bring any number of students to the luncheons for $15 per person.
  • $50 — Special Student Membership Rate*

Existing General Members who refer a new member at any time throughout the year will be eligible to attend a luncheon/breakfast of their choice free of charge.  This offer will be honored for each referral that an existing member receives.

NTCA is committed to promoting the total rewards field and the professional interests of those engaged in its practice throughout the North Texas and surrounding areas. NTCA seeks to fulfill this purpose by:

  • Creating a professional environment to encourage networking and the exchange of information between members.
  • Selecting appropriate guest speakers to inform members of total rewards trends, new developments, and laws.
  • Enhancing and promoting the total rewards profession through the participation of members in seminars, workshops, and symposiums.

NTCA is part of the Local Network of WorldatWork, which is dedicated to providing Human Resources professionals with professional development and other resources needed to influence, develop and execute effective programs that attract, motivate and retain a talented workforce.

Membership in NTCA will afford you discounts through WorldatWork, including certification and education programs.  Members will need to use the code on the NTCA website to receive the discount.  Members who use the code will be included in a quarterly drawing for a gift certificate.

* To be eligible for the Special Student Membership Rate, the individual must be enrolled at a college or university as a full-time undergraduate (12 or more credit hours) or graduate student (9 or more credit hours), and must not be employed or working on a full-time basis in an exempt HR position. Please mail your check, proof of student status, and the completed membership form to receive the Special Student Membership Rate.

Members may send questions and small surveys to fellow NTCA email network participants. Members may choose to respond or not respond to inquiries. All individuals who respond will receive a summary of the responses received by the inquirer. The specific responses of each company will be kept confidential.
