NTCA Compensation Career Exploration Program

FKA:  NTCA Student Certificate Program in Compensation

NTCA Compensation Career Exploration Program is designed to expose students to the fundamental compensation knowledge domains defined in the CCP designation program, to provide students with career advice from a panel of compensation professionals, and to provide a networking opportunity for students and NTCA members to meet and discuss compensation related career opportunities. 

The day-long program includes the following sessions:

  1. Total Rewards Overview
  2. Accounting & Finance
  3. Quantitative Principles
  4. Market Pricing
  5. Regulatory Environment
  6. Variable Pay/Sales Compensation
  7. Global Compensation

Plus a moderated lunch-time discussion of Hot Topics such as: the wage gap and living wage issue. The program will end with a moderated Compensation Careers panel discussion featuring compensation professionals from the NTCA.

Registration includes: access to all of the sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, program t-shirt, and a certificate of attendance.
