You may apply for and renew your NTCA membership online and pay by credit card through our secure online processing. If you wish to mail a check instead, please print the application and mail with your check to the address below.

If you are a student, you must mail your application and payment, along with proof of your student status.

Dues are payable in advance. Payments received before March 1, 2012 will ensure continuation of active membership. Tax ID Number: 75-2518757

* To be eligible for the Special Student Membership Rate, the individual must be enrolled at a college or university as a full-time undergraduate (12 or more credit hours) or graduate student (9 or more credit hours), and must not be employed or working on a full-time basis in an exempt HR position. Please mail your check, proof of student status, and the completed membership form to receive the Special Student Membership Rate.

**Only current NTCA members can be listed as a referral for new members. For the referring member to be eligible for complimentary luncheons/breakfast, the member referral name must be listed at the time the membership application is submitted. Referral names will not be accepted later.
