Compensation Practitioners Perform Critical Role in Effective Talent Attraction, Retention and Engagement
Tonya Bradford, Rewards Consultant- Tonya Bradford is a consultant in the Rewards practice in Towers Watson’s Dallas office. She has more than 14 years experience designing reward strategies and programs across a variety of companies and industries. Tonya has extensive experience with incentive and sales compensation plan design, financial modeling, implementation and administration, as well as development of communications and training materials.
Laura Rickey, Senior Consultant - Laura Rickey is a senior rewards consultant based in Dallas, TX with Towers Watson. She has twenty years of experience developing and implementing reward and performance management strategies and programs in support of organizational goals and objectives across a variety of companies and industries, including consumer products, energy/utility, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, hospitality/gaming, retail, and technology.
