Susanne Perez, President - Synergy Management Solutions, Inc.
Susanne Perez co-founded Synergy Management Solutions, Inc. in 2001 and was the primary architect behind the design and development of the WageAccess Compensation and Benefits Survey. Besides running Synergy Management Solutions, Susanne is responsible for the long-term strategic direction of WageAccess.com, TexasCompensation.com and the LawPracticeEconomics.com web sites. 

She has over 15 years of experience developing and managing human resource programs and compensation systems in a wide variety of industries, including high-technology, manufacturing, financial services, broadcasting, hospitality and gaming. Prior to founding Synergy, Ms. Perez was the Compensation and HRIS Manager for Aladdin Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, which she helped open in August 2000, employing over 4,500 people. Prior to joining the Aladdin, Ms. Perez was the Corporate Compensation and Benefits analyst for Caesars World, Inc.

Ms. Perez holds a Bachelors degree in Organization/Industrial Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach. Ms. Perez is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association, World at Work and the Southern Nevada Compensation and Benefits Association.

Ms. Perez has fostered mutually beneficial partnerships with over 50 local SHRM and World at Work organizations, and 3 SHRM State Councils in 14 states …all powered by WageAccess.
