Future of Attraction, Motivation, and Retention
Anne C. Ruddy, CCP, president of WorldatWork, will share the findings of the “Reward Next Practices” survey conducted by WorldatWork and Hay Group (June 2009). The study surveyed more than 760 organizations in 66 countries from a cross section of industries to determine the reward practices of global organizations during the next two to three years. Anne will discuss reward ROI and the need to achieve a better balance between the financial management and motivational aspects of pay. Attend this session to learn how the erosion of financial capital has led to a renewed focus on the value of human capital and how organizations are moving from a cost-oriented to an investment-oriented reward mindset.
