Establish a Dual Career Ladder to Attract & Retain the Best Talent
In 2007, TravisWolff embarked on a strategic initiative to double in size over the next 5 years.  In order to successfully achieve this strategy, the Firm realized that its people were critical to its success and therefore set out to invest in attracting and retaining the best talent.  The Career Path project started in 2008 included programs to develop dual career ladders, conduct talent assessments, and redesign all human resources processes to support high potential talent.

This presentation will take a strategic approach to developing dual career ladders and the various processes, programs, and activities to support these career ladders: pay and job structures, performance and talent management, recruiting, training, and development.
