What's in Store for Total Rewards Under The Obama Administration?
Ryan Johnson, director of public affairs for WorldatWork, will join us on December 4 to discuss the election results and legislation to watch from the new president and Congress.Hear how total rewards will be impacted by potential changes in executive compensation, health care, retirement plans, work-life issues and changes stemming from the new financial crisis law, the new Mental Health Parity Act and other issues impacting the total rewards profession.
Ryan Johnson, WorldatWork
Ryan Johnson, CCP, is responsible for issues management, government affairs, research and surveys, and publishing for WorldatWork. Prior to joining WorldatWork, Ryan spent more than 10 years in public policy, public affairs and consulting/strategy work. He started his career in Washington, D.C., on the staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Small Business. He later worked as a research analyst for the Institute for Strategy Development, a private, financial institutions-oriented think tank. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
