Executive Compensation: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
On April 15, 2008, Senator Hillary Clinton proposed a six part legislative act aimed at executive compensation transparency, an act that is far-reaching, and contains various demands – some good, some bad, and some "ugly." Mr. Longnecker will present opinions and interpretations held by Longnecker & Associates, addressing the details of all six parts of the proposed legislation and how it will affect your organization. He will discuss the short-, mid-, and long-term impact the legislation will have on executives, investors, shareholders, as well as tax and reporting implications.
