Jeana has more than 15 years experience in Human Resources.  She spent most of her time as Compensation Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager for Greyhound Lines, Inc.  She is currently a Senior Compensation Consultant at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.  Jeana’s other human resources experience includes human resources information systems, training and development, recruiting, and benefits. 

Jeana has served on the NTCA board of directors since 2005.  Her roles include: President, President Elect, VP Programs, VP Membership/Secretary, and VP at Large. Jeana also serves on the Texas Total Rewards Alliance Board of Directors and is a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Jeana received her Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).

Russell is currently a Compensation Consultant with the Dr Pepper Snapple Group.  Before joining DPSG, he was a Compensation Principal at Lennox International Inc., where he was responsible for the design and administration of North American broad-based compensation programs.  Previous to Lennox, Russell administered global compensation programs and held the Stock Plan Administrator role for Sabre Holdings, Inc.  Prior to joining Sabre Holdings, Russell proudly served our country for 13 years in the United States Air Force.

Russell has served on the NTCA board of directors since 2006, currently serving as President Elect. He has previously served as VP Programs and VP at Large.  Russell is also a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Russell received his Master’s of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®).

Amy is currently the Senior Human Resources Manager over Compensation and Records Management at Southern Methodist University, where she has been since 2002.  Before joining SMU, Amy was a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates and Davis & Neusch, where she managed compensation surveys and helped design base pay programs.

Amy has served on the NTCA board of directors as VP Website/Electronic Communications since 2005.  Amy is also a member of WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

Amy graduated summa cum laude from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).

Cherie has worked at NCH Corporation since 2007, where she is currently the Compensation Manager and also responsible for the compliance function.  Her career in compensation includes roles at Dal-Tile, Zale Corporation, LSG Sky Chefs, and Southern Methodist University.  Cherie also has experience in recruiting.  Prior to beginning her human resources career, she spent 4 years in retail management.

Cherie began serving on the NTCA Board of Directors as VP Marketing/Public Relations in 2007. 2010 marks her first year in the newly created VP Education role.  Cherie is also a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Cherie received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas and her Master of Liberal Studies degree from Southern Methodist University.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®).

Gayle is currently a Compensation Analyst for Jack Henry & Associates. She began her career in compensation as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at American Eagle Airlines in 2005. Her experience includes base pay design and administration, salary structure development and maintenance, manager training, and internal consulting.

Gayle served on the NTCA board of Directors as the VP Programs in 2008, and has served as the VP Treasurer since 2009. She is also a member of WorldatWork and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Gayle graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Sociology from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. She is a Professional of Human Resources (PHR®).

Deidre has more than 10 years experience in human resources. With Concentra since 2005, she is currently the Compensation Manager and is involved in numerous projects such as compensation incentives, job leveling, file scanning, workforce management, onboarding, and affirmative action plan planning. Her other human resources experience includes recruiting, human resources information systems, training and development, and work as a generalist.

Deidre joined the NTCA board of directors as VP Conference Chair in 2009 and also serves on the Texas Total Rewards Alliance Board of Directors. She is also a member of WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), North Texas Industry Liaison Group (NTILG), and the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM).

Shelli has nearly 15 years of experience in compensation. She is currently the Compensation Manager for Sally Beauty Holdings and spent much of her career as the Director of Compensation for Brinker International. Shelli also has compensation experience in the banking, outsourcing, and casual dining industries.

Shelli joined the NTCA Board of Directors in 2008 as the Secretary/VP Membership. She begins her role as VP of Programs in 2010. Shelli received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Business from the University of North Texas.

Jennifer has more than 13 years experience in human resources. She is currently a Senior International Compensation Analyst with Mary Kay Inc. and has been with the company almost 8 years. Her experience is primarily in compensation but her background also includes HR Generalist experience. She also focuses on diversity/inclusion and work-life programs at Mary Kay. In addition to NTCA, Jennifer is a member of WorldatWork.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science from Southwest Texas State University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), and is currently pursuing her Work-Life Professional (WLP®) certification.

Jeff is the Compensation Manager at J-W Operating Company (Energy Development and Energy Services company) and has more than 12 years of compensation experience. Prior to his current role, he was the Group Manager of Compensation with Chase Paymentech, where he started in 2006. Before joining Chase Paymentech, Jeff was the Compensation Manager at CompUSA for nearly 7 years. Jeff has experience in all aspects of compensation including international compensation, sales and incentive design, short-term/long-term incentive administration, executive retention, systems implementation, performance management, and FLSA, as well as state-by-state wage and hour compliance.  His industry background includes high-technology retail/services, call center, financial, and ecommerce environments.  Jeff has been a member of both NTCA and WorldatWork since 1997.

Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) since 2005.

Dolores has an extensive background in operations management in a personal and professional services environment, having held positions with MBNA as a manager and personal banking officer. Dolores serves as chief staff executive for NTCA and consults in areas where her expertise warrants. For CMI, she works with committees, boards of directors, and other volunteer groups and understands how to build consensus so that each association can achieve its objectives.

Allison is the Compensation Manager for AZZ inc., headquartered in Fort Worth. She has worked in human resources for over nine years and specializes in compensation.

Allison joined NTCA in 2005 and is currently the Chair of the Fort Worth Committee. She has multiple memberships with organizations such as WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Allison Johnson is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Wesleyan University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and has a Compensation Committee Certification (CCC) with the Economic Research Institute.

Roberta Scroggie has worked as an HR Generalist/Business Partner for most of her career and recently made the switch to the compensation field.

Roberta served on the NTCA board as VP Membership/Secretary previously and now serves on the Fort Worth Committee.  Roberta is also a member of WorldatWork, and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Roberta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA from The University of Texas.  She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).
