Russell is currently a Compensation Consultant with the Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Before joining DPSG, he was a Compensation Principal at Lennox International Inc., where he was responsible for the design and administration of North American broad-based compensation programs. Previous to Lennox, Russell administered global compensation programs and held the Stock Plan Administrator role for Sabre Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Sabre Holdings, Russell proudly served our country for 13 years in the United States Air Force. Russell has served on the NTCA board of directors since 2006. He has previously served as President Elect, VP Programs, and VP at Large. Russell is also a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Russell received his Master’s of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®). |

Cherie has held Compensation roles at NCH Corporation, Dal-Tile, Zale Corporation, LSG Sky Chefs, and Southern Methodist University. Cherie’s other human resources experience includes recruiting. Prior to beginning her Human Resources career, she spent 4 years in Retail Management. Cherie has served on the NTCA board of directors since 2007. Cherie’s past role was VP Marketing/Public Relations. Cherie is also a member of WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Cherie received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from University of North Texas and her Master of Liberal Studies degree from Southern Methodist University. Heather Irby is currently an Assistant Vice President, Senior Compensation Specialist for Comerica Bank. She is responsible for the annual merit and bonus process for the non-senior officer population, market data reviews, salary range administration, job evaluation, and a variety of other projects. Prior to joining Comerica in July 2010, Heather worked for PlainsCapital Corporation as an Assistant Vice President, HR Generalist/Compensation Analyst, for more than four years. Heather joined the NTCA board in 2011 as VP at Large and will serve as the Treasurer in 2012. She also serves on the SHRM Young Professionals Advisory Committee and is a WorldatWork member. Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and is currently enrolled in the Professional Masters of Business Administration program at the University of Texas at Dallas. Heather holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®). |

Before joining Baylor, she was Senior Compensation Analyst at Dr Pepper Snapple Group for 7 years. Stacy is new to the board in 2012, serving as VP Membership. Stacy received her Bachelor’s of Business degree from University of Phoenix and holds an Applied Science Associates Paralegal Degree. |

PJ has more than 8 years of experience in Compensation and is currently a Compensation Analyst for Children’s Medical Center Dallas. He began his career as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Volvo Car Corporation in Gothenburg, Sweden, but most of PJ’s compensation career was spent with Zale Corporation in Dallas, TX. PJ other also has prior experience within Finance and Customer Service. PJ is new to the board in 2012, serving as VP Programs. Jennifer has more than 13 years experience in human resources. She is currently a Senior International Compensation Analyst with Mary Kay Inc. and has been with the company almost 8 years. Her experience is primarily in compensation but her background also includes HR Generalist experience. She also focuses on diversity/inclusion and work-life programs at Mary Kay. Jennifer joined the NTCA board in 2010 as VP Marketing/Public Relations and will continue this role in 2011. She is also a member of WorldatWork. Jeff is the Compensation, HRIS, & Recruiting Manager at J-W Energy Company (Energy Development and Energy Services company) and has more than 14 years of compensation experience. Prior to his current role, he was the Group Manager of Compensation with Chase Paymentech, where he started in 2006. Before joining Chase Paymentech, Jeff was the Compensation Manager at CompUSA for nearly 7 years. Jeff has experience in all aspects of compensation including international compensation, sales and incentive design, short-term/long-term incentive administration, executive retention, systems implementation, performance management, and FLSA, as well as state-by-state wage and hour compliance. His industry background includes high-technology retail/services, call center, financial, and ecommerce environments. Jeff has been a member of NTCA since 1997 and has served on the board of directors since 2010, previously in the role of VP Membership & Secretary. Jeff has been a member of WorldatWork since 1997, as well. Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) since 2005. |

Tina is currently a Lead Compensation Consultant at AT&T and has over 19 years of hands-on experience in the Human Resources field, including specializations in training and development, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS. Prior to joining AT&T and a brief tenure at Centex Homes due to reduction-in-force activity, Tina was a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at National Western Life Insurance Company where she redesigned a pay-for-performance salary administration system, beginning with full job analysis through the implementation of a new salary structure, complemented with a performance management system based on the Hay Point Factor Method and market research. She served as Account Manager and Sr. Benefits Consultant at Aon Consulting and Benefits Design Inc. and created and managed the Benefit Service Center for the City of Dallas while working at Deloitte & Touche Outsourcing. Tina's other former roles include HR Director at Advancia Corporation, HR Manager at Great Plains Coca-Cola Bottling, HR Administrator with American Floral Services, and Training and Development Manager with Hertz Corporation. Tina joined the NTCA board in 2010 as VP Social Media and will continue this role in 2011. Tina has a BBA and MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and holds the following certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS®), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®). Tonya has more than 17 years experience in all areas of human resources. She has spent the last 12 years primarily working in compensation. Currently, she manages the compensation team at CompuCom, an IT outsourcing company, in Dallas, where her responsibilities include base pay, bonus administration, and international compensation. Prior to joining CompuCom, Tonya was a Senior Compensation Specialist at Atmos Energy, where she was involved in all areas of compensation and served on several industry and volunteer committees. Tonya’s other industry experience includes staffing/recruiting, medical, environmental consulting, manufacturing, and natural gas/utility. Tonya currently serves as NTCA President Elect and is also the Chair of the 2012 Texas Total Rewards Conference. She joined the board in 2011, serving as VP Membership & Secretary. Tonya has her BBA in Human Resources from Texas A&M-Commerce and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Amy is the Director of Compensation and HRIS for Cash America, based in Fort Worth, Texas. She has been employed with Cash America for over 11 years in varying Human Resource functions. Amy also previously served as the Compensation Manager for Pier 1 Imports. Amy has been a member of NTCA since 2001. She is also a member of WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association (FWHRMA). Amy graduated from Texas Christian University with a Master of Business Administration degree and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University with a major in Psychology.
