Summary: To provide timely and accurate wage and salary analysis of the applicable local, regional, and national health care markets in order to establish and maintain competitive salary structures within the Cook Children’s Health Care System. Duties include job documentation, job evaluation, survey participation, salary administration. This position is also responsible for database administration, query and report writing functions.

Qualifications: Position requires a minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resouces, business, or related field and1 to 2 years compensation administration experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Candidate must have strong computer skills including experience with spreadsheet, HRIS database and report writing software applications. Intermediate Excel, Access and Meditech preferred. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: CCP, SPHR, PHR, or CEBS highly desired.
