Contractor Professionals experienced in Compensation, Salary Structures, Implementation, Project Management, and Strategic Analysis
McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy LLP (MJLM) is seeking Human Resources Professionals with Compensation experience to join their team! The Human Resources Compensation Consultant should be an experienced professional that will be responsible for implementing large comprehensive compensation projects. Areas of responsibility will include developing solutions, providing detailed analysis as well as interfacing with Executive Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- High-level Human Resources and Compensation project manager or consultant with experience in K-12 through colleges and universities
- Experience in design and implementation of large comprehensive compensation projects, salary structures and HRIS systems
- Ability to provide detailed analysis, evaluations of salary structures and job evaluations
- Ability to do market studies
- Experience in workflow planning
- Ability to develop solutions
- AssistExecutive Managementin creating, implementing and communicating compensation strategies
- Ability to act in a project management capacity
- Successfully communicate with management and clients
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to develop, review and conduct various analysis
- Ability to work independently in a project manager capacity
- Availability to lightly travel to project site
- Experience in working with multiple organizations pertaining to compensation
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree
- Higher education preferred
- 7-10 years Human Resources Compensation experience
- Experience working in a consulting or project management capacity
The ideal candidate for this position will start off contract to permanent.
