We have an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Program Coordinator at our corporate office in downtown Fort Worth, TX.

Responsible for coordinating processes within the Compensation Department to support the full range of compensation programs and services, including those related to employment requisitions and offers, salary administration, market pricing, job evaluation, pay structure design and administration, bonus administration, merit processing, salary planning and related functions.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably related to human resources programs

- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word

- Previous customer service experience
