Safety-Kleen has an immediate opening for a Manager of Commission Systems and Administration in Plano, TX.  This individual will manage the day-to-day processing of commissions and the development, maximization and efficiency of the commissions software. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Commissions Administration Team
  • Consult and Confer with SK leadership on plan design and administration from technical, best practice, theoretical and financial perspectives.
  • Develop and oversee compliance with commission’s policies for design and administration.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by on-going business needs.
  • Program Callidus rules and participate in testing efforts as required by work volumes and other business situations.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience
  • Incentive Management Systems experience required
  • Callidus experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Conflict resolution
  • Project Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving
  • Good math, logic and reason
