Our client is a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

Assists directly and indirectly is the administration of physician and mid level compensation in a multi-specialty, multi-location physician group associated with an integrated health care delivery system. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of physician compensations methodologies which, once approved facilitate the attainments of the Mission and Vision of the Hospital. The scope of the position includes oversight of compensation and benefit models; reporting, administration of draw and draw true-up; relevant physician communications and interactions; assistance in the annual budgeting process and periodic analysis of variances; and physician contract administration. Coordinate and prepare pro forma analysis calculations for startup practices and potential practice acquisition candidates. Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Physician Compensation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and Finance, Accounting or Health Care Administration
• 2-3 year’s physician compensation experience in a physician practice or health system
• Experience in single or limited specialty physician group
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to interact with various levels of the organization primarily the physician group and leadership
• Collaborate as a member of a multi disciplinary administrative team
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities
