Position Title:

Sr. Benefits Specialist – Retirement Plans
Description:

In this position, you’ll administer and manage Texas Children's retirement plans - 403b and defined-benefit cash balance pension plan. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, execute targeted and meaningful communication and monitor cost effectiveness for both employees and TCH while supporting other cafeteria plan design and administration.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of retirement plan policies, procedures, and legal issues as they apply to a health care organization with 4500+ employees.
  • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, interact professionally with employees of all levels.
  • Competently utilize computer word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline. Or CBP or CEBS-RPA certification
  • Three (3) years of benefits experience with a focus on retirement.
