Consults on and participates in implementation of efficient, accurate means of data collection and processing; produces regular and special reports, organizing employee data into useful management information reports; and applies principles of continuous process improvement to HR Information System work.

TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMED

• Coordinates, designs and produces management information reports from the PeopleSoft Employee database; develops standard reports and maintains a regular schedule for production; participates in discussion and clarification of management information needs; and designs and oversees production of ad-hoc reports. (50%)

• Consults with HR management and Information Technology resources on human resource information needs, infrastructure, priorities and projects; and coordinates and communicates HR response and actions on PeopleSoft issues. (20%)

• Consults with users of related HR functions as necessary to contribute to operating effectiveness and efficiency; serves as technical/functional leader for HR superusers; and plays a lead role in representing HR interests in upgrade situations. (30% -- may require more time in periods of active software changes)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area and 5-7 years in HRIS reporting and related functions, PeopleSoft mastery required!!
