COMPENSATION: $70-77k+ base (depends on experience)
RELOCATION: Paid
SUMMARY:
- Team player who will coordinate/ lead compensation process improvement project(s)
- Contributes to the design/redesign of pay policies and programs
- Researches, reviews and documents information on jobs inside the company and from market sources
- Conducts market surveys; completes job evaluation requests; prepares job evaluation and other reports
- Maintains a current knowledge base of trends and innovations in the area of compensation management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years experience in compensation
- Compensation plan design and implementation experience in a global environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Job will require routine domestic and international business travel.
