Who are we looking for?

A Compensation Analyst in our Corporate Human Resources Department located in Dallas. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic people who will give our internal clients market based compensation data and excellent customer service to help them make informed decisions.

This primary purpose of this role is to analyze base pay, bonus pay, and long term incentive pay relative to individual, team, and company performance. You will also be responsible for:

  • Analyzing current organizational pay practices and making recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity.<
  • Participating in local and national salary surveys and analyzing results to determine organization's market position relative to market.
  • Partnering with all levels of management to write, review, and revise job descriptions using job description data bases, job posting sites, and other resources.
  • Conducting job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to internal compensation guidelines, internal equity, and external market comparisons.
  • Developing new salary structures and recommendations to adjust salary structures in response to changing organizational needs and market competitiveness.

Still Interested?

You will need to have a Bachelors Degree in Math, Business, Finance, or Accounting with at least five (5) years of compensation experience. This position also requires previous experience working with large companies who have multiple locations across the U.S. Finally, you will need to have worked with all levels of employees and possess strong judgment, analytical and communication skills. CCP certification is a plus.
