What You Need to Know Now: Current Trends & Best Practices in Workforce Recognition
Workforce recognition is a complete approach to recognition that utilizes a portfolio of recognition programs of varying types across an organization to motivate and engage a workforce. Statistics prove that rewarding employees in a method that keeps them engaged and interested positively correlates to the employees’ performance, which in effect positively impacts the firm’s bottom line. Firms that successfully integrate workforce recognition average a three-year revenue growth of more than 20% and an overall improved corporate culture.
In her presentation, total recognition expert, Kimberly Smithson-Abel of Fort Worth based Inspirus™ will discuss six trends of workforce recognition and explain how each of these trends improves a company’s overall workforce recognition strategy.
