“That’s Not Fair !”: New Thinking about Fairness & Equity in Rewards Programs
Employee fairness and equity issues are fundamental concerns for organizations in assessing the effectiveness of reward programs. Hay Group research has repeatedly shown that employee fairness and equity issues are core drivers of employee retention. This presentation will cover new findings related to fairness and equity and how rewards programs can positively impact employee engagement.

 Paul Glogowski is Regional Director of Reward Services for the Southwest Region of Hay Group and specializes in the delivery of compensation, performance management and organizational effectiveness solutions across multiple industry sectors.  Paul is an alumnus of the University of North Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
