Executive Pay: Trends and Issues
Pick up the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, or any local newspaper and you will find some discussion around executive pay.  It started with the financial institutions, the auto makers, and now we have a Pay Czar in Washington.  So-what is the story?   In this presentation, we will briefly look at some of the current trends and issues within the executive pay arena.  We will talk about things such as Say-On-Pay, SEC Proxy Disclosure Rules, Legislative Initiatives, and the impact the economy is having on Executive Pay.
