Job Evaluation and Market Pricing: You Can’t Do One Without the Other
Our September Ft. Worth program is dedicated to the most strategic compensation issue compensation professionals and corporate executives are continually concerned with – the effectiveness of their organization’s ability to balance internal equity with external equity.
The strategic combination of market pricing and job evaluation has a critical impact on organization development and a company’s ability to build and sustain long-term competitive advantage. Indeed, this the compensation professional’s major contribution in meeting the needs and expectations of the executive leadership team.
Paul will provide us with critical insights on how to integrate job evaluation with market pricing in order to provide managers with a complete picture and effective processes for aligning pay, people and performance with corporate governance and business strategy.
The practical content of this program is highly relevant for compensation, organization development, HR professionals and managers involved in designing and managing of integrated compensation and organization effectiveness programs.
Paul Glogowski, Hay Group
Paul Glogowski is Regional Director of Reward Services for the Southwest Region of Hay Group and specializes in the delivery of compensation, performance management and organizational effectiveness solutions across multiple industry sectors. Paul is an alumnus of the University of North Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Exit Summit Ave.
Proceed north on Summit Ave. towards downtown
Turn left on 5th Street
The Cash America parking garage is a 4-story structure one block down the street on the left, before you arrive at the building.
Turn left into the garage. Gates will be open. There is no need for a parking ticket or token. Proceed up the ramp and park in any space not reserved or designated as 1-hour visitor parking.
When you enter the building, continue past the security desk to the elevator bank. Take elevators down to the lower level (LL) to the conference center.
From I-35W or 121:
Exit Belknap St / Downtown Fort Worth
Proceed west on Belknap St. through downtown
After Henderson St, veer left onto Pier 1 Place / Summit Ave.
Turn right on 5th Street
